Established in 2001 in Bucharest, Romania, the "Aniela Badita" & "Ovidiu Mihai Pop" Legal Practices have become "BADITA & POP" LLP which bears the name of the founding attorneys. This company is registered with the National Bar Association and functions as part of the Bucharest Bar Association.

The attorneys of our company are members of the International Association of Lawyers - UIA.

The partners hold the title of insolvency practitioners and are also approved and authorized as mediators.
