Pro-Bono

Our pro-bono efforts reflect the interest that B&P shows towards the community. Free practice is essential to our lawyers as long as legal assistance is directed to the disadvantaged and the public interest.

The legal services that we promote within the pro-bono program pertain to many areas of expertise: constitutional rights and civil liberties, especially freedom of expression and religion, sexual minority rights, women's rights, family law, relationship tenant-owner, labor law, intellectual property, criminal law, police abuse and the rights of the convicted.

Pro-bono practice provides our lawyers with the opportunity to assist defendants / convicts in criminal cases which invoke violations of procedures or judicial errors.
