For the sake of continuous improvement, Badita & Pop has implemented and certified a quality management system according to international SR EN ISO 9001:2008 standards. Thus, the company has obtained Certificate no. 8033/15.09.2010 issued by the most important certification authority in Romania - the Romanian Quality Assurance Company (SRAC) - and acknowledged internationally by IQNet (The International Certification Network), the largest and leading global network of cetification bodies.

Badita & Pop has decided to implement the quality management system according to international SR EN ISO 9001:2008 standard, which ensures:

  • the continuous development and improvement of legal consultancy competencies as well as court assistance/representation;
  • the application of principles of excellence in offering legal advisory and court assistance/representation;
  • the careful selection of the team, through recruitment of specialised attorneys for collaboration purposes;
  • developing and offering new extended related services, through collaborations with carefully selected companies that provide financial and management consultancy services, mediation and insolvency services;

According to the provisions of the Fiscal Code, Badita & Pop is listed in the Registry of European Union Operators through Resolution no. 1868426/10.09.2010 issued by the Ministry of Public Finances - National Fiscal Administration Agency.
