Who we are

Established in 2001 in Bucharest, Romania, the "Aniela Badita" & "Ovidiu Mihai Pop" Legal Practices have become "BADITA & POP" LLP which bears the name of the founding attorneys. This company is registered with the National Bar Association and functions as part of the Bucharest Bar Association.

The attorneys of our company are members of the International Association of Lawyers - UIA.

The senior partners at B&P hold the title of insolvency practitioners and are also approved and authorized as mediators by the Mediation Council.

We are a young and dynamic company trying to offer its clients an extensive expertise in order to provide complete services that lend unity, functionality and legality to the different sectors of activity our clients are active in. That is the reason we believe in specialization of our lawyers and we tend to complete our team with economists and expert accountants.

B&P offers services in financial advisory, tax and accounting based on companies' needs for sound economic and financial decisions through BP Consult LLC. The financial services are coordinated by a professional body which consists in economists, accountants, and auditors, all specialized counselors.

In order to offer our clients complete integrated services B&P offers mediation services through its own Mediation Office, approved and authorized by the Mediation Council, according to the Decision no. 1399/25.01.2009, registered in the Registry of Forms of Profession under position 511/27.01.2009.

We also offer insolvency-specific services, covering all steps from pre-insolvency counseling to judicial liquidation procedures, according to Law no. 85/2006, concerning insolvency procedures. These services are provided through BP INSOLV LLP, which is registered with the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania.
