B&P offers insolvency, voluntary liquidation or settlement procedures, and prevention of insolvency procedures prescribed by law, including financial oversight measures or special administration services through BP INSOLV LLP, established and authorized under Law no. 85/2006 on organization of insolvency practitioners activities, a company registered in the Registry of Professional Companies under position RSP 0456 held by the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania.

Our main activities are:

  • the analysis of the debtors' solvency;
  • the fulfilment of the special administrator tasks in compliance with the law;
  • the elaboration of the company's analysis reports necessary to establish the causes that led to the condition of cessation of payments;
  • the inventory of the company's assets;
  • consultancy for drawing up the reports of assessment of some assets that are to be capitalized by means of sale within the insolvency procedure;
  • the management and surveillance of the company's activity during the period of observation, judicial reorganization and bankruptcy;
  • the elaboration of the reorganization plan and the surveillance of the compliance with such plan;
  • the market survey with a view to identifying some potential customers with a view to the capitalization of the assets of the companies found in insolvency;
  • the elaboration of the strategy to capitalize the assets of the company found in insolvency, either by means of auction or by means of direct negotiation in compliance with Law no. 85/2006;
  • consultancy for the assessment of assets and fixed assets;
  • management consultancy - reorganization stage;
  • accounting consultancy specific for the liquidation activity.
